OJ-Bio has a team of five full-time staff based at the International Centre for Life, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The team in Newcastle is complemented by a team of experienced electronic engineers and scientists within JRC, Tokyo, Japan.

CEO, Dr Dale Athey, has 20 years expertise in Clinical Diagnostics. Formerly NHS clinical biochemist, he was also a product manager for Immunodiagnostics and Clinical Chemistry with Chiron and Bayer Diagnostics.

Technical Director, Dr Hiromi Yatsuda has 25yrs experience in wireless technology and surface acoustic wave devices.
